Short answer: when I feel it's ready. Public releases are incremental updates with complete features while beta builds are usually weekly updates containing incomplete content. If I'm still working on a character/animation/gameplay addition then I won't be releasing it to the public.
Development updates are a patron reward so I won't respond to questions regarding the current progress of the beta build.
ARE THERE CHEATS FOR F*NAF?
Cheats are available to leather tier and higer patrons. If you've recently upgraded from cloth tier you'll need to re-enter your access code in the patron rewards menu. after a restart you should be able to see the cheats menu.
WHAT ARE THE PLANNED FEATURES FOR F*NAF?
F*NAF will eventually have 8 characters using each of Disembowelled's FNAF models plus 2 reskins for characters inspired by "Spring Trap" and "Golden Fredrika". Each character except for "Spring Trap" will have one male dominant animation and one female dominant animation, some characters will also have threesome animations with each other and the player. After the one on one animations for each character are finished, additional content will continue to be added until a sequel/spiritual successor is ready for a V0.01 release.

Most other forms of payment such as PayPal have ToS stipulations against adult content, so I can not accept them.
